Great movie, but I wish there was more closure in the ending.

Even the film closes with Norville becoming the official president of Hudsucker Industries and coming up with new toy ideas, while Mussburger was sent to a mental institute, I wish the ending showed us more final results. Like maybe Norville patching things up with Buzz, the bellboy, Norville being confirmed as the real creator of the hoola-hoop and Amy somehow getting a job at Hudsucker Industries, working for her boyfriend. Just wish the film could have cleared out more closure.

Yeah, I have very minor problems with this film overall. The ending with the stopping mid-air Norville being the biggest quibble. I know it's a fable, but...

Another odd part was the Bumstead contract blowing out the window and the partially ripping pants of Sid Mussburger.

I sort of like when a film lets us fill in some of the blanks.
Also the elevator guy's name was Buzz, not Buster.

Ah, yes. Just corrected that. Thanks. Haven't watched this film in a long time. lol
