Anyone else notice that a lot of the dialog was done over or removed?

I was watching this movie on vhs. Anyone else notice that a lot of the dialog was done over or removed?
For instance, when Josh is saying the Seymor Butts line his mouth doesn't match what his voice is saying at all. And at some points lines are cut off. I felt like I was watching a TV edit.

TV usually do that to be more "friendly" with the parent.

I'm actually surprise people still watches this movie seeing how old it is and not really mentioned that often.

I have a friend that has the DVD that we were just watching. I guess they edited *beep* according to him in one line

the movie was suppost to be more then pg.. josh says peter fitz... not seymoure butts lol
