Obese children not only in America, but over the entire world, are becoming an increasing problem, almost reaching epidemic levels! If you have a kid or you know any kids well, teach them about eating healthy and playing games outside as opposed to getting stuff from vending machines and staying inside during recess. It'll help them in the long run!

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 15 percent of children 6-19 years old are overweight or obese -- a number that has tripled over the past two decades.
