just honestly really noticed for the first time now watching this movie as an adult for a few times since seeing it as a kid. no women seem to be present as apart of tony's team?

Well, the whole camp is all boys. Hell, the only female on the camp's staff is Julie, the nurse. I am not sure what female staff members would add. Plus, it would not be as funny to have them tied to trees as it was to Lars and the other two guys.
