"Perkisize with Tony" Poster/Video cover is a parody.

Having seen this movie many times before, I pretty much know it by heart. But after searching online for some exercise videos I came across one with a cover that intrigued me. I'll get to it in a bit.

In the scene, where Gerry and the others are searching for some food in Tony's office, Gerry uncovers a poster revealing a poster for a video cover for "Perkisize with Tony". In it Tony is kneeling down in front with a thin kid on his shoulders and Gerry's face photoshopped over the kid's. With the other boys in thin bodies in the background.

As it turns out, Tony's video cover is actually mimicking in a similar fashion the exercise video cover that I was talking about earlier: Richard Simmons' "Reach for Fitness" video. I guess the producers, writers, etc came across the Richard Simmons video one day and decided to parody the video cover in the movie.

If you don't believe me, watch the scene with Gerry and the others searching through Tony's office, then check Google images for "Richard Simmons Reach for Fitness" you will see how similar the two video covers are.

Just a fun fact I thought I'd point out.
