Can Anyone help me??????????

I remeber this movie but there was another movie very similar to Fresh, about a young boy(9-13)who seen his *brother* get into the life of dealin and drugs...he lived with a grandmother or something and at the end of the movie he watches his brother being forced into a car trunk and shot at twice while inside the trunk...the second shot hit the fuel tank wich later blew up the car when it was started. I cant remember this movie title for nothing..what i can recall is that i could have had something in the title such as "through a child's eyes" or something to that nature. I beleive it was a str8 to t.v movie that was aired on HBO or another movie channel during the years of 1994-95. Any ideas what this movie may be???
