Who did Fresh pay for the H he and Chuckie got from the bookstore in those science books? The book store guy didn't just give it to him for nothing. And it wasn't Hector, he was the base source not the H source. So what did I miss on the H acquisition?
shareFresh was making the run for Esteban, but he stopped off and switched the drugs when he made Chuckie give him his bag. (He put the stuff that he bought personally into the bags) Then when he got jumped by Corky's guys he made it seem like Esteban's drugs were stolen when he really using it to plant in the apartment.
Hopefully that makes sense.
That's the answer. I'll only add that the pick-up is discussed in the scene where Fresh introduces Chuckie to Esteban. Esteban tells Fresh he's trusting him with such a big pick-up because "no one would be looking for something so big on somebody so small."
