Was Esteban and his syndicate Dominican or Puerto Rican?
I always wondered. On one hand I got the impression that at least Esteban and Sal themselves were Dominicans.
Herbie might be Puerto Rican cause he sounds it. But Esteban and Sal sound Dominican.
