English translation?

I wonder if they'll ever translate this into English, I'm dying to see it. I read the Felidae book several years ago and I love it. Does anyone have any information on whether a translation will be made, and where I could possibly purchase this film?

...so they stuck to the small things...

A translated version does exist, as I remember seeing it years ago. However, to my understanding, it was never released in some places, particularly in North America.

You can buy it from amazon.de. The German DVD also has the english dub on it. Cary Elwes is Francis, but I can't find out the other voices anywhere si if anyone has more info on the english voice cast that would be great!!!!

Got a copy of this and the English cast is terrific. Funnily enough, the voice of Bluebeard almost sounds like Burt Reynolds........that would'nt surprise me.

I just watched the movie on youtube. I think the voice of Bluebeard sounds exactly like John Mahoney (the dad in "Frasier").

Cary Elwes is Francis! This film just got even better. And yes, an English cast list would be handy if anyone ever comes across one.
By the way, is there the possibility of this ever getting an international release with subtitles, or would I have to learn German to understand the directors commentary? I believe that the answer is the latter, but perhaps someone out there knows more than me, which is likely actually. Ok, I'm done now.

That's just too cool for words! Lucky me, I know Cary fairly well, as he's been a regular customer at the bookshop I work at for a number of years. Really really nice guy and wicked sense of humor!
