Kyle Maclachlan might actually have been a better fit than Johnny Depp!

Sorry, but I really think Depp was miscast as Ed Wood.

He said he based his performance on Mickey Rooney, in all those "Let's put on a SHOW, kids" movies from the 1930s and 1940s.

Whatever he did, it worked! Probably his best performance.
