Look at me like a human boy!
I've seen a lot of movies that are "comedy classics" and i heard this was a stupid movie but i loved it and that scene made me laugh harder than almost anything else i've ever seen.

shareThat is my favorite line. I absolutely love this movie.
shareThat's my favorite part too!!! I'm not big on comedies, but this was absolutely the best comedy I've ever seen. It reminded me of SNL only longer and even funnier.

Yeah, that is one of the funniest scenes in the film, an absolute riot. Clifford's facial expressions were classic in several scenes, but especially so in that particular one.
Best quote:
"what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Clifford's reply: "a dinosaur!"
"Look at me like a boy."
Clifford makes a look.
"Look at me like a HUMAN boy!"
Everytime... that has to be my all time favorite scene. Very rarely do I laugh that hard.
Yeah thats the best scene.
"You can't do it can you? Not even for a minute!"
" Can you just act like a human boy for one minute here? Look at me like a person! You can't do it for more than a few seconds.. Look at me like a human boy! "
XD
It's unexplanitory how I getz wicked, but it's mandatory that I kick it!
YES- that is THE funniest scene I've ever seen in my life! Everytime I see the movie and look at Martin Short's face as his character is trying to act what a human boy is "supposed" to look like is absolute comedic genius! I laugh every single time I see that scene. And I've seen it quite a few times. Too bad so many older movies are eclipsed by the crapola of today.
"I love you so I don't care what I think of you." Helen Wright in Humoresque
Hilarious...yet strangely seductive...
sharebest line ever
shareIts easily 1 of the funniest parts of the movie.
Its sad cause I hope this classic gets a Special Edition re-release on DVD but I have that gut feeling that it never will. :(
Oh my god, I'm laughing just thinking of it now, lol. The movie's ok, the future stuff is pretty lame, but that scene (and some others) is friggin hilarious. Some TV versions actually butcher that scene and cut the whole middle which is just terrible. When he finally get's his hands on that dinosaur and Groden wrestles it away and let's out a "God almighty boy!!!" I just lose it everytime, lol.
shareMy siblings and I are always quoting Clifford and this is one of our favorites. We always try to do the facial expressions too, but can never quite pull it off. LOL!
C is for cookie, that's good enough for me!
'isn't he something?'
The best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity.
