Anybody Catch This?

In the initial exchange between Clifford and Martin, his uncle says, "I gotta punish you, and that means Dinosaurworld is out." Clifford responds, "I don't understand". Yet later, since he apparently tape recorded their conversation, he plays it back and Clifford's response is: "That would be a mistake". How did the lines change? Perhaps this was a major boo-boo on the editor's part?

By the way, when Martin says, "that means Dinosaurworld is out." Did that mean he wasn't going to take Clifford AT ALL? Or was that his way of saying he'd take him as soon as he finished redesigning the model for his rotten boss?

Peculiar.

What part of my last post did you not comprehend?

Just go away and stop posting here. I'm trying to ask a serious question and you're being a moron.

"That doesn't answer the question, you fool." Is that how you always respond to people who don't answer your "serious" question? The reason why I'm being an arse is because you were one to begin with. You could try and be a little nicer no?

I noticed this error, too, and actually submitted it to moviemistakes.com. =]
It was the first movie mistake I ever noticed (I think I was about 6) and I've been movie-mistaking ever since. I think it's one of the biggest "boo-boo"'s ever to make it into a film.

And the dinosaur world is out thing... I think he meant for the rest of the time Clifford was to stay with him (in other words, he wasn't gonna take him AT ALL). This was meant as punishment for what Clifford did, but I'm assuming that by and by Martin would have forgiven him and taken him but after those tricks, obviously, that didn't happen.

Hope I've helped you out a bit. =D

Yes, much more so than that In_Excess jerk.

"I think it's one of the biggest "boo-boo"'s ever to make it into a film."

No, I've seen alot worse.

That makes sense. But if Martin had explained the situation to Clifford before hand, the incident at the gas station wouldn't have ocurred. Or perhaps Martin tried, but Clifford's so demented he wouldn't listen.
