seems as though it was made for T.V.

I don't know why but for some reason this film seems as if its a made for T.V. movie. I think it has to do with the color quality of the picture. anybody else think this way?

The plot is similar to alot of telemovies; but his has higher production values and a lot higher caliber cast.

The colour looked pretty rich and cinematic when I watched it on video, not low-grade tv quality at all. Maybe there's something wrong with your monitor.

I totally agree. This might be because I read the book first and this movie seemed rushed because of that. It was hard for me to get into the movie because it moved so quickly and seemed cheesy.
