Little kid sized electric chair.

When Sgt. Hardy is describing the little kid sized electric chair to Mark Sway it's very like when Leroy describes the kid sized boys and girls electric chairs to young Rhoda Penmark in the 1956 film "The Bad Seed". I wonder if that dialogue was in the book by Grisham or if it was added to the screenplay, and if it was intentionally drawn from "The Bad Seed"?

I had forgotten he was in this movie. He is one of those that guy actors in everything as the the 8th lead you love.

That dialogue was not in the book.
