Does anyone know if that scene involving Led Zeppelin was script or was just Brad Renfro and Susan Surandon talking? I thought since Brad Renfro was Led Zeppelin fan, they might have incorporated it with his character and the shirt he was wearing to set that day.
There was no Led Zep reference in the book at all, I don't know what you're talking about there.
And I'm sure both the wardrobe people and screenwriters are disgusted by the suggestion that not only do they let the actors just work in whatever they turn up to set that day in, but also change the script based around this.
I think the suggestion was that Brad may have shown up in the t-shirt (hell, that could have happened WEEKS before the scene was ultimately shot), and that perhaps a conversation between the two of them was later incorporated into the script.
Y cada noche vendrá una estrella a hacerme compañía...
What always struck me about that scene was that Mark said "I'll bet you never even heard of Led Zeppelin" to Reggie. That would be like me wearing an Elvis Presley shirt during the 1970s and telling someone my dad's age, "I'll bet you never even heard of Elvis Presley."
But of course at first he assumed she was too old and different to know such things, that was the world thru his eyes, which made their later bond more meaningful.
Scroll about 1/4 of the way down to "Title:" https://wikiless.org/wiki/Led_Zeppelin_IV?lang=en In my youth, I recall some rather heated discussions as to whether Page's third symbol was an S or an F. Probably akin to the blue/gold dress picture debate a year or two back, iirc...
And RE: email, I have that turned on in my settings, but have never received one from a forum reply. Suspect it may only apply to PMs.
