The band is just called Suede. The song is just called "The Next Life"
The whole London Suede thing is crap that they shouldn't have had to do. There was some unknown lounge singer in the US called Suede who sued the band saying they were stealing business from her by using the Suede name so in the US they had to add "The London" to their name.
Anywho you can find the song on their self titled album "Suede" You can get it for pretty cheap on Amazon. Its an excellent CD so its definitely worth the price ($8.99)

petey - you are so right, i hate when they do stuff like that over here- some other examples of brit bands who had to change their name to come across the pond - the beat, the chameleons, the charlatans... or as they might be known here - the english beat, the chameleons uk, the charlatans uk, ugh:)

Haven't seen that one in a while either. That's funny. All these movies that I saw years ago and I never knew had Suede songs in them
shareI owe it to The Chase to turning me into a HUGE Suede fan. I am an American, and I was into Oasis, Paul Weller, Kula Shaker, etc... I didnt know about Suede until I saw this AWESOME movie. Thank you!!!
