I found this movie to be a very pleasant surprise. Fun and entertaining. I found myself caring about the characters and couldn't wait to see how it would end. My only nitpick with the movie is that I probably would have cast someone else as Natalie...maybe Reese Witherspoon or Alicia Silverstone, but I still really liked this movie.

It was a lot of fun.

Reese was about 17-18 and Alicia was about 18-19 at the time, so they were too young. Kristy was about 25-26.

Surfing imdb since 2002

Actually, at those ages, Natalee would have made much more sense. Daddy's little girl in her Beemer. Of course, her father was actually supposed to be rich and he bought his daughter a dime-a-dozen BMW?

At any rate, I can't believe anyone though this movie "kicked ass". It was lame as hell.

And I think they should add to the goofs that the cigarette lighter burn on Sheen's necked was laughable.

The movie completely sucked.

I just watched it and liked it...except the end...was just sooo easily unbelvably wrapped up. It was like the writer diidn't know how to end it, and just came up with a ludicrously simple ending.

Missed this one til now. Like it. Fun for a chase theme. Bit like tone
of Bad Boys II extended to long traffic scenes. Having the media spoof
worked well. Give it a ride.

I thought this movie was awesome, because of that BMW. I AM a big car nut and loooove Mercedes-Benz and BMW and this movie makes the BMW look awesome.

My favorite scene in the entire movie, and whole reason I bought this movie is for where Kristy Swanson is like "DO SOMETHING" and he says "LIKE WAHT? and to which she replies "I DON'T KNOW, ANYTHING!" and that scene where the reverse lights come on with that roar up the engine plus the raise of the rear end is just truly magic.

I can watch that scene over and over again.. I think this movie is what introduced me to BMW and other European cars.

The rest of the movie is fun and interesting to watch.
