Ray Harryhausen movies? It kind of has that vibe with the bizarre fantasy creatures. Even some of the story structure seems like those movies.

No, it’s not. You’re aware that Ray Harryhausen did not write movies. He did the stop-motion animation FX for movies. He did not write King Kong or The 7th Voyage of Sinbad or Clash of the Titans, nor did he direct them; ergo, they are not HIS movies.
