Kyle's murder

So today I watched Brainscan on cable for the first time in a long long while and one thing I noticed was that they didnt really show Kyle's death. The first victim they showed the whole thing with Ed Furlong's character breaking into the guy's home, prowling around, choosing the murder weapon, going into the bedroom and then the entire gory murder. When Kyle the 2nd victim is supposedly killed they showed none of that and all they show is Furlong waking up and finding out he killed Kyle. Kinda lame I thought. Even the death of the 3rd victim(guy getting bricks dumped on him) was a long very involved scene with Furlong trying to hide the clues. Seemed they glossed over Kyle's death for no reason.

Thought it was so that he had to watch the tape of what happened. As in, you see him start the game, then it's over, and hes back home after the murder. But he was looking for clues (can't remember what kinda clues, anyone?), by watching the tape of him killing kyle...

The game is meant to be scary. I think killing Kyle without Michael's "consent" is the scariest (for Michael) thing that could happen. That and Michael wouldn't have killed Kyle.
