The same tennis court the dog runs through with the severed foot is still right in front. It's hard to get a good look at the property, but here's the Google Maps location if you're interested in taking a look. It's at 472 Rue Lakeshore in Beaconsfield, Canada:

Interesting how extremely close (like a stones throw) these houses are to the water since that's never shown during the movie. Would've made for some nice shots but not really fit the narrative, I suppose.
