rich imagery

the dubbing in this is really superb, i think it's a mix of people speaking english and some dubbed, but the fact that i can't tell really means it's good, i know there are english actors in this like the mel brooks actor ron carey, bud is dubbed in every movie i've come across though except "aladdin" (1986), also the background music score is great, i got the soundtrack cd to it a few years ago which includes a tune that never made it to the final movie by the same artist that sings the end credits, i have never seen this air on television except on an italian channel and i don't know how it is received, but each year i'm more convinced that this is not bad movie making, and as i've gotten older i realise there are often moments of deeper meaning in these goofy hill / spencer comedies, like at the end of this where the bad guys are approaching the farm house, i suppose it has become one of the more rare hill / spencer movies since it was made after such a time gap after their "run" of movies up to the mid 1980's, i always thought this was from 1994 but i just noticed even the old vhs credits it as 1995, that makes a decade after their previous, i haven't even come across a review of this but i know critics are not kind to their movies with very few exceptions, also i keep notice really rich imagery visions, i find a lot of the scenery in this looks quite similar to "a million ways to die in the west" (2014), i suppose the simple reason for this could be is because i'm not used to watching westerns made after the 1960's, one thing that first got to me as i was watching this as a kid was the beautiful scenery, since then it happened to become my christmas tradition movie and it sets me in the christmas spirit. "let's eat before this christmas spirit spoils my appetite" - bud, moses.
