production year

is the production year accurate? about everywhere i've seen the movie description it mentions 1995, one place even 1996, and in the actual movie credits by the end it says 1995, as does the soundtrack release, i remember when i was a kid it must have been after the mid 90's when this was on the recent releases shelf at the video store, the previous hill/spencer movies were made before my time, thinking about it now its pretty remarkable how much later this was made, i know it doesn't get as much attention as some of the other hill/spencer movies, perhaps cause of the big time gap, but this really looks well made with great photography and high standard compared with the couple of ones that had been made prior to this.
