Bulletproof?

When Blankman creates the bulletproof liquid he soaks his costume in the bath. When they come out they are just as flexible as they were in the beginning. If a bullet were shot and this was bulletproof wouldn't this just take the fabric with the bullet into him?

Maybe that's why he called himself Blankman, as in you fill in the blanks. Its fantasy, and I agree, certainly if something is bulletproof it would need to be harder.

Except he didn't call himself Blankman. The woman he saved did after she misheard his brother, who said, "He's drawing a blank, ma'am."

"Look, it scary big brown flying poo-poo!"

I always thought that maybe the bullets bounced off of him. Just like how when he used that knife to try to pierce that shirt, the knife bended.

YALL DONT GET IT. HE'S A SCIENTIST. HE INVENTED IT. IT'S FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR BODY BUT ITS STILL BULLETPROOF. LIKE THOSE CLOTHES THAT ARE FLEXIBLE BUT WATER RUNS OFF OF IT. OR FIRE RETARDANT MATERIAL THATS STILL FLEXIBLE. OR BATMAN, THE DARK KNIGHTS BATSUIT OF ARMOR. IT WAS ROUGH BUT HE COULD STILL MOVE IN IT. I ALSO HEARD SCIENTISTS WERE DOING EXPERIMENTS WITH ARMOR WHERE IF SOMETHING LIKE A BULLET HITS A FLEXIBLE PIECE OF CLOTH IT TIGHTENS UP AND BECOME SUPER HARD VERY QUICKLY AND THE BULLET IS NEGATED. SO HIS SUIT COULD ALSO DO THE SAME THING WITH ANYTHING THAT TRIED TO PIERCE IT TOO I GUESS. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO STOP BEING SO PESSIMISTIC. THATS THE AMERICAN CANT-DO ATTITUDE, FOR YA.

Anything is possible with the power of science fiction on your side.

I know it probably wasnt invented when this movie was made, but bullet proof clothing does exist nowadays. http://www.miguelcaballerousa.com/ Check it out, its some pretty neat stuff

I figure it made material similar to "The Greatest American Hero" costume. He was just a regular person but was pullet proof in material that looked like Pajamas.
