Kind of like Batman (Blankman) vs. Superman (Meteor Man)...two black comedian superheroes of the early nineties.

In you opinion who was the better super-hero/what was the better film? (I know it's a liitle bias cause this is the Blankman message board, but the Meteor Man message board is a ghost town).

Personally, I like Blankman better, he's got all the cool gadgets like J5 and the Noomchucks(?)--Meteor Man's powers are kind of lame (being able to absorb info from a book for a couple of seconds, WTF?). Blankman also has the better costume, better HQ (the Blankstop vs. well, I guess Meteor Man's home) and better sidekick (Other Guy vs. that weird Bill Cosby character). Plus Meteor Man's villain's kind of gay with all that gold nonsense, advantage Blankman.

I agree. Meteor Man takes itself too seriously and comes off really hammy in the end. Meteor Man does have the great Sinbad, however.

Blankman hands down. Meteor Man wasn't nearly as funny and it just had too many issues story/technique wise.

I liked Blankman's story better but think Metero Man's acting and characters were better.

Blankman is a comedy but Meteor Man was a parody. I do think Meteor Man kind of fell off the rails towards the climax. Blankman I guess might be a more solid movie, but the frustrating parts annoy me more than the bad parts of Meteor Man did.
