Inspector Todd (Spoiler)

In addition to being one of the worst films of all time (I say this as a person who LOVES the first two installments), they had the awful, awful idea to kill off Inspector Todd. I remember seeing it for the first time and I was pretty shocked myself, wondering how they could kill off this great character. I guess his death at the beginning of the film set the terrible tone for the rest of the film.

At that point I almost walked out. Somehow I knew it was coming since Todd didnt even cuss as much as he did in the first two and he wasnt all pissed off. Bad move altogether killing off Todd. I hear one of the drafts for part four has BILLY ROSEWOOD getting killed off.

Todd is hilarious so I completely agree! That line in the first film; Foley asks 'how do you know it was a professional hit?' and he says 'I didn't just walk in from the cotton fields' has to be one of the best movie lines ever.

Will Taggart be in the fourth film? Why wasn't he in the third?

Bad, bad, terrible, horrible, no good, awful.
He's the balance to Axel.
