Because Taggart and Bogomil are not in it and Axel has matured has grown up and it repeats certain elements that are formulaic i liked the soundtrack i mean t was flawed i liked the wonder-world and Axel has a love interest i think its because the production had many problems such as the script was rushed and it went over budget.
