shareSimple..the writers decided they he figured it out and were not good enough writersto actually explain why. Why not ask how Axel suddenly became some superhero jumping from car to car on the ferris wheel. That was just as inexplicable and stupid. Or ask how 75 year old Uncle Dave recovered from a gunshot wound to the stomach quicker than 32 year old Axel Foley recovered from a superficial gunshot wound involving no vital organs. And Flint only got a clean shoulder wound, and he hadn't healed bythe time a man who was expected to die was already up and walking.
