The "four people," are actress Cynthia Nixon, director Patrick Read Johnson, producer John Hughes, and a friend of Hughes. The photograph was taken off-set, yet during production, outside of North Hollywood's International Reception Hall where a camel procession was going to take place that night as the Hall was hosting a special benefit to honor the camels and camel trainers from the famed Bikaner Camel Festival(flown in from India). It was a big to do and I was one of the men hired to erect an extra stage inside the Hall.
Apparently though, the members of the cast and crew from "Baby's Day Out," listed above were passing by, saw one of the giant signs that read "CAMEL," thought it was funny (they had no idea about the reception that was taking place later on and so it must have seemed strange to them), and had their pictures taken in front of the sign. That's the photo you see that was slipped into the credits.
