....was it an artistic failure?

It gave me an hysterical laugh back in 1994, and just yesterday, my 5 year old has been laughing all day.

I just looked up the trailer on YT. Couldn't find it but did find the full movie posted with a Hindi dub. And there are several clips posted & most of the comments are from Indians. Apparently pretty popular, over there. They remade it in several different languages.
