I must admit that when they stopped having them dressed in white during the "I am an angel..." moment was not a good idea.
I always thought they looked quite heavenly standing there dressed in white.
Silly thing but I've always wondered why they stopped.

Probably thought it was easier to film as they would have to shoot a part of the scene, then stop to have the actors change clothes, then resume filming. With them wearing the same clothes without changing into white ones, they can just continue filming. Took up less time.
