What was your impression of the CBS remake?
Please note that if you liked the 1994 effort with Gary Sinise and Molly Ringwald, you're welcome in the discussion, but I especially want to hear from those who DISLIKED this version.

shareI thought the 1994 was ok, especially the first 2 parts, but then it went downhill. I was so looking forward to the remake, knowing that there were enough plot lines to really delve into the pandemic. But I was dissappointed.
shareI love the original because of how faithful it is to the book. It’s cheesy but in an endearing way. All I wanted from the new version was the same story with better effects and acting, and boy was that not the case.
