This was good
but could have been much much better. I remember one or two scenes where they matched the depictions presented in the novel perfectly
shareTrue, it could have been better in some ways; the casting of Frannie, for example, but it was still a very good film overall. It is one of my favorite DVD's.
It is one of the more faithful adaptations of a novel to a movie (mini-series in this case) that I have seen and for me, the closer a film is to the source novel, the better I like it.
