Having read it once more, it was not bad, but I still vastly prefer the 1994 mini-series. What does anyone else think?

Agreed. While it does follow the book closer the ending is a mess

I am in the facebook group. Sorry about not being here for a while, but my old PC was acting up and wouldn't let on this sit for quite a while. I got a new laptop and that problem is behind me.

I never knew about this script or the Romero link. Tough to do this in one film, even given 3 hours, but I would still be pretty psyched if someone were to try.

The Pallenberg script is not a bad story, but it changes too much from the source novel.
