I remember reading somewhere Jamey Sheridan wasn't the first choice for the part. I was shocked at who they wanted because there is no way they could have done it, but the name escapes me. Anybody know? It was a big name I remember that.

No. I'm thinking it was somebody really rising fast in Hollywood like Tom Cruise but not him. But I don't think either Duvall or Walken could have pulled it off.
