Are There 2 Different Versions of Scarlett?

I'm horribly confused here. IMDB lists a movie of Scarlett and a Mini-series of Scarlett that both seem to be the same thing with the same actors, although there's almost no info for the movie version. I have seen the mini-series version that was released by hallmark on vhs and dvd. Both of those releases show exactly what was aired on TV. However, I tried to sell my Scarlett DVD on e-bay recently, and I kept getting e-mails from people asking if it's the version that started at Melonie's funeral or not......apparently one person claims there is another version of Scarlett that starts out apparently like the original Gone With The Wind instead of just picking up immediately where Gone With The Wind left off. I'm very confused.

IS THERE ANOTHER VERSION OF THE FILM? IF SO, HOW HAVE PEOPLE SEEN IT, AND HOW CAN YOU GET A REAL COPY OF IT? Was it just released in other countries?

HELP!!!!!!!!!

I remeber when the Scarlet mini series aired on Tv in 1994 and it started at melly's funeral to my knowledge that is the only Scarlett film it never went to the movies it just came on tv and they showed in two days like they do any mini series. So I beleive there is only one version of Scarlett.

I bought the DVD in South Korea. My copy starts at Melly's funeral. Don't kow how to get a copy of this outside of ROK, though.

KingAndrewI, does it also contain a scene when scarlett is on the boat by the rail and looking at rhett dropping off a couple of women who are to board the boat? scarlett waits in anticipation for rhett to turn around and look at her, which he finally does.

It must have been an error, which they now corrected. Now there's this (2006) version, with a completely different cast:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0477083/

But it doesn't seem to come highly recommended.

The 2006 movie "Scarlett" is a completely different story. IT has nothing to do with Scarlett O'Hara and Rhett Butler of Gone with the Wind.
