1-is this an animated or live action series?is there an animated series annyway?
2-Is this tv-ma?

Its live action. I do not belive there ever has been a RoboCop cartoon. and I have no idea what rating it carries... it might actually predate that rating structure anyway

Actually I was wrong... thought Id mention... there was a robocop cartoon. it was called Robocop: Alpha Commando

actually your wrong again they had an original tv series done by marvel just afetr robocop 1 as i have an original video from the 80's cartoon

there was two robocop cartoons one from the 80s the other called robocop alpha commando from the 90s, i think it was set in the future

If you ever get a chance to see any of them, watch the 1988 RoboCop cartoon. It's a lot closer to the movie, and taken more seriously. Alpha Commando was very bad. Robocop didn't act the way he's suppose too, and his voice actor doesn't add much to it. It doesn't feel like RoboCop at all.
