What happened to Will in the end?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I have to ask whatever became of Will? I remember he had fallen in love with Bailey's girlfriend while pretending to be married to her. And then I remember he stayed with Bailey for a while to get away from this girl he got pregnant. Which happened first? And was that issue ever resolved? I can't seem to remember anything after these two incidences... did he appear in the finale?

Will was not in the finale, he was in the second to last episode and he made everything okay with bailey (the falling for his girlfriend..) they hugged in the "friends forever" kinda way, and then he was going back to school- out of the city.

The getting the girl pregnant happened waay earlier.
