Now that you have written about it, and even though I've watched the whole season over and over...I can't even think of one time during the whole show where I do even like her! I don't hate her but as you said, she has almost no redeeming qualities! It would not bother me if she was written out of the second season (Had there been one)!
Maybe if after her and Angela became friends again when her dad had the heartattack and we saw what it was that made her and Angela become friends in the first place, then yeah she may have been cool or fun but...she's just blah to me! I find she didn't really add anything to Angela's life really!

Maybe someone else can wite something to make me change my mind incase I have missed a reason she was good for the show?

What are you talking about? She's totally normal. I mean, she's a little snotty I guess, in the usual teenage girl way, but by the standards of the other characters in this show she's perfectly sweet.

Sharon was ok. She represented the old Angela. I think we've all had childhood friends that we grew apart from. I was glad Sharon/Angela were able to be friends again even if they weren't as close as they used to be.

i think they wanted her character to be immature a kinda superficial she was only 15 she practically had pacifier in her mouth still. so when her and angela kinda slowly started to drift apart it was kinda like you do when you get into high school and your junior high school friends seem so yesterday compared to the girl with no inhibitions or a curfew! sharon was a little mad a didnt handle it the best of ways and to be fair angela didnt give her a reason she just stopped being her friend.
