Was anyone else grossed out during the episode with Ralphie's scab?

I don't know about you, but whenever the episode with Ralphie's knee scab came on and they showed him lift the band-aid and the bus shrink and go in it, I quivered. Was anyone else kinda grossed out? The thought of it is...not too fun lol.
