Hello everyone. I've been really inspired lately, apart from working on all my other screenplays, which are darker, horror, or sci fi films. That i've really wanted to get into an action packed, family, adventure film. And one thing popped into my head. The Magic Schoolbus.

I thought up a basic cast. Thats if the movie was made for a 2007 release. This is who I'd imagine. I also was thinking what if I made it more teen oriented. Still for kids, just not elementary school. More of a High School version of it. And would have 16/17 hear old characters

Miss Frizzle --- Bonnie Hunt or Ellen Degeneres (how funny is that?)

i'm working on the rest. thats cast if they were kids tho. i dunno we'll see

Hmm, interesting. I'd love to see a high school MSB, but I would have to disagree on the Ms. Frizzle casting. I think Lily Tomlin could still play her, but that's just IMO.

I'm already in progress of a movie. So far it's an independent project, but I hope no one else actually goes through with these movie ideas, because I'm hoping to be original with this.

I'm dying to direct a magic school bus movie. Ellen would be funny but can't really see her as Miss Frizzle even though she has the vois for it.

Josh Hutcherson is a good choice as Ralphie.

As much as I dislike Dakota Fanning, she's kinda the obvious choice for Dorothy Ann.
