Season 1, Episode 8: 'In the Haunted House'

I just saw this episode on Netflix and had to ask-- did the scene where the bus breaks down, the bats fly out, and they enter a forbidding-looking castle (the Sound Museum) remind you of a spoof of Beauty and the Beast? If that's the case, I didn't realize it until now and cracked up while watching it. Good times :)

On second thought: I suppose it is a typical trope to use (since it was aired two days before Halloween in 1994) to make it as spooky and freak-out-ish as possible, haha.
