I don't know how to feel about this!!! Honestly it's not in need of a reboot. The original cartoon still holds up very well today. I don't think I'm too crazy about seeing a cgi Magic School Bus either. Oh and it better have Lily Tomlin playing Ms.Frizz

^ I know. BUT there are other things they could teach us so it can get interesting.

I'm fine with a reboot, as long as it's not a remake. Rebooting the franchise with new episodes and possibly new characters (perhaps as a prequel or sequel to the original run?) along the lines of Doctor Who's 2005 reboot is fine. But if the reboot was done due to the popularity on Netflix, remaking all the old episodes is ridiculous because people have just watched them all in the first place.

I think it does need to be brought back. Look at what our "educational" programming stations have become within the last few years, nothing but a bunch of junk. TLC, A&E, Discovery Channel, History Channel and now Animal Planet are filled with stuff like Honey Boo Boo, Ice Road Truckers, Duck Dynasty, Pawn Stars etc. With this type of programming on channels that are supposed to be about history, the arts and sciences it's no wonder that we're starting to fall behind. Not saying that people should learn from television, but something that sparks people's interests in these sort of things and makes them want to truly learn more is something that we need more of, instead of trash just to get higher ratings.
