Spirithalloween Superstore now has friends Halloween merchandise for sale or to order. I AM Not Impressed!

Seriously though; how about putting in a little effort? I mean it's not a question about copyright or anything since they were given permission by the company who wrote Friends to use the likeness and create costumes [supposedly] in the form of Monica, Chandler, Joey, Rachel, Phoebe and Toss. Instead we just get some random throw away merchandise from the series; a pair of socks, a hat that says Central Perk on it, and unless there were extras in Central Perk wearing those hats every episode at a time, and let's face it there were probably many; you could get a second wear out of the hats. They also had masks/Corona Virus masks, Corona Virus style that have the phrase "How You Doin'?" printed on them, keychains, and an apron that looks nothing close to the apron that at least it's black but it says Central Perk on it and it looks nothing like the apron that Rachel wore when she worked at Central Perk; Rachel wore a wrap-around waistline apron, so what I'm trying to say is, if you want a friends costume for Halloween to just buy the apron, but don't wear it the way they recommend, since it's a halter apron and Rachel never wore a halter apron. Wear the folded under and secure it with safety pins and then the strings and strap it around your waist.
Meanwhile, if you want to dress as the six friends from the show friends or host a friends themed Halloween party; you're better off just buying real clothes that look similar to those clothes worn on the show from consignment shops and thrift shops so they shouldn't be too expensive and luckily the show is from the 90's so finding their clothes won't be hard to duplicate. Why can't they just follow a simple rule or guideline:

1. Chandler: Sweater vest, beige slacks, light blue/white collar shirt with rolled sleeves.
2. Phoebe: Floor length bohemian style maxi dress with a small denim vest over it.
3. Monica: Backwards baseball cap, black sweatpants and a loose gray sweater with the word girls scrawled on it, and tie a flannel plaid sweater around your waist. [The best part about Monica's costume is the fact that you can buy the same gray colored loose sweatshirt at any thrift store or salvation army and then just get a stencil and some paint and paint on the word girls yourself.]
4. Toss: A cable-knit red sweater, underneath that, white collar buttoned up shirt, loose beige slacks.
5. Rachel: Tightly fitted dark gray pantsuit.
6. Joey: A basic white T-shirt, black vest and a pair of loose fitted dark blue jeans.

Well that is a rough idea depending on what season you're watching anyways. Or the 'Maybe We Should Just Take A Break!' uniform:
Rachel: Green coat, black turtleneck, brown slacks.
Toss: Green coat, white collar shirt, black knit sweater, blue jeans. [Toss also wore the uniform in the next episode too, the one without the ski trip while Rachel wore an entirely different outfit complete with a ski jacket], but like I said earlier; I always knew that they couldn't make it look exactly like the real thing; but even for a Halloween throw-away, at least put in some effort to look close; I'm not talking about those costumes from the 1980's they used to have for Halloween made from a plastic smock with the picture of the character who you're supposed to be and a mask that's hard to see and breathe out of even though it's partial coverings. The friends section on Spirit Halloween doesn't even have costumes and they're a costume based website. It's weird isn't it?

Ross. Seriously though; how about putting in a little effort?

LOL! It's not about the effort! The reason I call him Toss instead of Ross is because he's my least favorite for being such a tosser! Tosser is a British insult it means pathetic or weak person in personality and it suits him another way it suits him is throughout the series he has a way of tossing responsibility onto others because when bad things happen to him, he tosses responsibility to someone else or a company; especially if it's his fault, like the time he stole the bible from the hotel and the bottle of shampoo which was complimentary but spilled all over the bible that he wasn't supposed to have and then the condom not working even though he easily could have checked to see if the dates on the package were expired or not. Oh hell, he could have checked Emma's birthday cake at the bakery since he was with Rachel there and she was flustered, it shouldn't have all fallen on her and it would have taken two seconds had he checked at the bakery and I know I said he's weak but he's not so physically weak that he can't open a cardboard box! The closest he's come to accepting full responsibility is when Phoebe decided to show him that he could still attract Central Perk's prettiest women despite being divorced three different times:
He said, "The first marriage, my wife had a hidden sexuality; not my fault. Second marriage? I said the name of my ex girlfriend at the altar. A little my fault. Third marriage? Okay they really shouldn't let you get married when you're so drunk and you have magic marker all over your face! State of Nevada's Fault! Notice how with Emily's marriage he said "A little my fault?" Nobody held a gun at him and forced him to say Rachel! He chose to get drunk in Vegas and scribble on Rachel I explained on IMDB that I am just going to call him Toss from now on, and that happened just before the IMDB boards forum went became Moviechat I just made a post that stated I'm just going to call him Toss from IMDB The thread is still there.
