Any tips? Especially from the 80s if you know any. For some reason "The Breakfast Club" makes me think of Friends.

shareI've always thought Green Card (1990, with Andie MacDowell and Gerard Depardieu) was a major influence on all the "singles in the big city" shows that appeared in the mid-90s, such as Living Single and Friends. It's both funny and poignant, and really captures the zeitgeist of the times, while still remaining relevant for today.
