Tim (The Sous Chef)

Did Phoebe have any right to dump him when Monica had already said she was going to fire him (after Phoebe convinced her to give him another chance)?

And then at the end, Monica gives him a third chance... but Phoebe doesn't.

And why does he explain that Sous mean "under" when she speaks French?

God, I hate that bitch sometimes.

why should phoebe be force to date a guy that she doesn't like

reply

Because Monica and Phoebe don't want him to be dumped/fired at the same time.

And she (Phoebe) encouraged Monica not to fire him... twice!! Purely so she could 1) date him 2) dump him.

She's a rancid bowl of fuck grease.

Lmao at your description :). I mute Phoebe more and more all the time, or pre-mute because I'm already cringing at the thought of hearing her talk (that is, unless it's a scene where the writers let her be entertaining and not cringe-worthy).

As for Tim, since he now knew she didn't want to be with a guy who was overly-attentive, maybe she could've tried to stay with him and give him a chance to tone it down. When she bashed him behind his back (to his boss, no less), she acted almost as if he was intentionally trying to do something TO her.
