The shots you see of the exterior of "Buy the Book" - does anyone know what shop was used for this? A real bookshop?

although, and i'm totally just guessing here, the store next door.. the optometry, reminds me of one optometry place in pasadena, ca. but it could just totally be a facade at some studio.

anyone know the real answer?
