Favorite Season

Mine is #2. Season 1 was too tentative, in terms of story and character development. Ellen's two girl friends were boring, for one. And the episodes were slightly weak in humor and plot. Season 2, with Paige and Adam as her main friends, and later with the introduction of the great (and sweetly annoying) Audrey and the deadpan Joe, made the show much more dynamic. And the stories were finally solid and fun, playing off of Ellen's trademark personality perfectly. Season 3 became too polished, and Adam was basically replaced by Spence. Season 2 was just a nice middleground.

Season 3, I think.

Most shows really hit their stride in season 3, and that was when all the ingredients really seemed to come together - the character blend and the wacky storylines.

Yep, season 3.

Season 5 was by far the worst.

I don't really remember too much of seasons 1 and 2.
But I LOVE seasons 3 and 4! I started getting into them again when I developed my love for Jeremy Piven;))
Season 5..well.. we would've been better off without it.
