What doctor could you not stand on the show?

Maggie Doyle
Dr Anspaugh
Romano
and at times Dr Benton
"Go and find your life Miss Skeeter"~ The Help
Hated Weaver from day one, Gates is a close second.
shareEveryone hated Romano but I loved him. Cleo was a bitch. Carrie was just too career driven but she really wasn't that bad. My most hated character was Kovac. I think he should have been given Carter's storyline of going to Africa. He always had that bleeding heart sentimentality. He got on my nerves from day one.

Dr. Kovac was my least favorite character especially in the beginning....always so dark & moody. I think they tried to make him like Doug Ross & it failed (for me). If they'd have let him be fun w/a sense of humor he'd have been more likeable. He showed his humor on rare occasions & he was such a joy to watch.
shareI'm binge watching ER since I never really caught anything more than re-runs when it was on. Totally interesting to see everyone's opinions here! People make great points on each side of the coin for all of these characters. I hate Romano, but at least the character's got the goods to back up his ego. While Benton was a very good doctor, I don't think he quite did have the goods to back up his ego - he seemed, I don't know if imperious is the right word I'm looking for....

shareDefinitely Weaver. I'm on season 14 now and Neela and Gates are really making it tough for me to watch. I never really like Dr Greene either. I though the show got better without him.
Romano was my favorite and I always liked Benton.
