Short answer - no.
At the end of Victoria's Secret (series 1), he is seen lying on the platform, shot, and maybe dying. I did hear somewhere, that at one point, before they knew they'd get a second series, they might have ended the show that way. Leaving Fraser's end ambiguous. (Apparently the 2nd series renewal was very last minute)
At the end of Series 3 (or 4 depending on who is counting) Fraser and Ray K. are last seen heading out by dog sled to "find the hand of Franklin, reaching for the Beaufort Sea". Literally riding off into the sunset.
you could just buy the dvds, season one and two are available on region two and some have extras
