There is a bit where they are leaving the train station in the episode "The man who knew too little" and it looks a lot like Toronto train station (although they were supposed to be in Chicago).

Lol Yeah, kind of amusing and ironic that its filmed in Canada given the premise. Stargate SG1 is filmed in Canada too, even though many Earth scenes are supposed to be set in Colorado Springs.
